A Safe Place

Many individuals find it hard to keep a roof over their heads due to poverty. Living on the streets exposes them to a range of issues including health and safety issues.

Content Some groups may suffer more than others in this situation, such as the elderly, young children and pregnant women. At H12 Hope, we aim to provide shelter and support for such individuals to ensure they are safe and protected.

Reuniting Families

Family life is important for the mental and emotional well-being of individuals. Being surrounded by loved ones is also good for one’s physical health. Unfortunately

some individuals may get separated from their families due to immigration, political unrest, economic factors, personal reasons, or other problems. At H12Hope, we work to reunite families so that they can lead happier and more fulfilling lives.

Spirituality can be a source of support, comfort, motivation, knowledge and wisdom for individuals.

Regardless of the faith one follows, religious or spiritual groups serve to connect people and give them a feeling of belonging. Therefore, we provide support in this area as well through activities like facilitating prayer, celebrating religious festivals, and serving as a bridge between different groups.

Correctional Reentry

Everyone deserves a second chance. That’s why we provide counseling to individuals who have been prosecuted for different crimes so they can also become respected members of society.

Through our correctional reentry service, we provide the guidance and support needed for individuals of such background to get adjusted back into the normal life. We also promote their rehabilitation and recovery as well as offering education and guidance.

Alcohol and Drug Addiction

At H12 Hope, we provide alcohol and drug rehabilitation to addicts of all ages and backgrounds. We want to help them understand that life is too precious to waste due to drug addiction.

This is why we work with addicts to help them overcome addiction and lead a more healthy and productive life. We educate them about the health and socioeconomic consequences of drug addition and offer rehabilitation services to assist them in their journey of defeating addiction.
