The Department of Housing and Urban Development approximated that there are around 553,000 homeless people in the country. They are our friends, neighbors, and countrymen. Half a million people suffer, and it seems they have nowhere else to turn.
We are rising to the occasion and helping them build homes and start their lives anew. We live in difficult times, but things will only worsen as the country’s economic situation worsens. When winter comes, we want to build homeless shelters for men and women as many people as possible so that no one would be forced to sleep out in the cold.
